Here is an all vegan, easy Cheesecake to try its like a creamy Bakewell tart and the pastry Base is delicious even on its own. (Has a smiliar vibe to shortbread)

Made 4 pizzas this week. (very fun.) Wednesday: My 1st pizza was a homemade, cheese-string stuffed crust, healthy, whole wheat, pizza (that was a mouthful) and it was goood.
