It’s that time again, where I’m busy getting ready for my finals next week. There’s been a lot more work than i was expecting, compared to level 3. I’ve also had to do a 12 week reflective journal, documenting and feedbacking myself on all of these products that are new to me. Most of these products I’ve never eaten before, let alone made them from scratch, so I’ve definitely learnt a lot this year and I can’t wait to learn more in the next half.
